How do I release some stress?
My daughter cooked a meal for us (hooray!) and I made sure to turn up the music as I washed dishes. Then I organized the silverware drawer.
Isn't it sparkling? I feel better already.
It’s amazing how sometimes little tasks bring calm. I tend to play on Canva, creating things I don’t need. My closet could benefit from some end of day energy! Thanks for slicing!
